A graduate of Paris Dauphine and ISC, with experience at Natixis in New York and Paris, Julie founded JL Transactions in 2011 with a conviction: real estate deserves the rigour of finance and the personal touch of a craftsman.

2003
Formation en finance — Paris Dauphine & ISC
Julie se forme à la finance à l'Université Paris Dauphine-PSL (Licence-Maîtrise, 2003-2005) puis à l'ISC-Institut Supérieur de Commerce (Master Finance, 2006-2007). Une rigueur analytique qu'elle appliquera plus tard à l'estimation et au conseil immobilier.
2007
Natixis — La banque d'investissement
Julie rejoint Natixis comme Analyst au Front Office à New York, puis à Paris dans le shipping et le transport maritime. Elle termine comme Auditeur à l'Inspection Générale. Trois années intenses qui forgent sa culture financière, sa capacité d'analyse et son exigence.
2010
ACCION USA — L'entrepreneuriat social
Passage aux États-Unis chez ACCION USA, organisation de microfinance. Julie découvre l'accompagnement de proximité et l'entrepreneuriat. Une expérience qui confirmera sa vocation : créer sa propre structure, au service de ses clients.
2011
Création de JL Transactions
De retour à Bordeaux, Julie fonde JL Transactions en juin 2011. Son pari : appliquer la rigueur de la finance à l'immobilier, avec un accompagnement personnalisé que les grandes enseignes ne peuvent offrir. 1 agence à Paris, 2 agences à Bordeaux.
2025
14 ans d'indépendance, zéro compromis
Aujourd'hui, JL Transactions compte 6 collaborateurs fidèles, un réseau de confiance entre Bordeaux et Paris, et des centaines de transactions réussies. Julie reste impliquée sur chaque projet. La recette n'a pas changé : expertise, proximité, exigence.
